Okay so here’s some quick tips you can follow to avoid the stickiness :
• Grease the last layer of parchment paper as well in butter, and also sprinkle some maida (flour) just before pouring the batter into it.
• I added a bit extra butter to my chocolate (which I shouldn’t have ). Stick on to strictly 115g or half cup butter for 200g chocolate.
• Do not bake for over 30 mins.25 mins - 30 mins should be perfect ✨
